Wake up gently every day with the Philips Wake-Up Light Alarm Clock HF3520/01.

We all dread the harsh sound of our alarm clock in the morning – but now you can transform the start of the day with a combination of light therapy and nature sounds.

Inspired by the sunrise, the colour of the light gradually changes from soft dawn reds through warm orange to bright yellow light within 30 minutes, stimulating your body to wake up naturally.

By the time light has filled the room, your chosen natural sound option completes the wake up experience, leaving you ready for the day ahead. You can pick from 5 options – Bird Song, Birds in the forest, Zen Garden, Gentle piano and Seaside Sounds – with the volume steadily rising in partnership with the light level. Alternatively, you can listen to your favourite FM Radio station while you wake up.

A slight tap anywhere on the Wake-up light sets the snooze mode, putting everything on hold for 9 minutes.

Clinical test have proven that the Philips Wake-up Light wakes you more naturally, leaving your feeling more energized and in a better mood in the morning.

The clever display also automatically adjusts its brightness to suit the light in your room. If the bedroom is filled with light, the brightness increases to keep the display readable. When the bedroom is dark the brightness dims so there is no distraction when you are trying to sleep.
